Ofer brings to DSP Group over 15 years of managerial experience. Prior to being appointed to his current position in 2009, Ofer served as DSP Group’s Senior Vice President and SEA President. Before that, Ofer served as Vice President of Business Development and Director of Investor Relations and Business Development. Prior to joining DSP Group in 2006, Ofer was a research analyst covering media and broadcasting companies at CIBC World Markets in New York. Previously, he held managerial positions at Radvision, Tundo Communications and Kost Forer Gabbay & Kasierer, a member of Ernst & Young Global. A certified public accountant, Ofer holds an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School and a BA in Computer Science and Accounting from Tel Aviv University.
Dror brings to DSP Group over 13 years of financial experience. Prior to being appointed to his current positions in 2006, Dror served VP finance and as Corporate Controller. Before joining DSP Group, Dror was an account manager in the high-tech practice at Kost Forer Gabbay & Kasierer, a member of Ernst & Young Global. A certified public accountant, Dror holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Business and Accounting from the Israeli College of Management.
Tali brings nearly two decades of executive management experience to DSP Group as a strong voice in the semiconductor industry. With a keen ability to multitask, strategize and oversee worldwide teams and customers, she lends her expertise and passion to her position as Chief Marketing Officer, where she manages also the IoT business line, European business development, sales and marketing, heads up DSP Group’s US operations and corporate management. Prior to this role, she was the CVP Corporate Development. Before joining DSP Group, Tali was Director of Commercial Legal Affairs at RADA Electronic Industries, a Major in the Israeli Defense Forces, the founding manager of the “Atidim for Industry” program, and an intern at the IDF Ombudsman’s office. Tali holds an LLB in Law and Government with honors from the prestigious Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) of Herzliya and an MBA from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Lior brings to DSP Group more than 25 years of technological experience. Prior to being appointed to his current position in 2010, Lior served as DSP Group’s Platform Division Manager. Before joining DSP Group, Lior served as 3.5G Cellular Phone Cross-Sites Manager at Intel, and CDMA Phone Reference Design Manager at DSP Communications. Previously, he served as R&D Department Manager for Military Systems at Reshef Technologies, and Project Manager for Security Systems at the Israeli Ministry of Defense. Lior holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Eric brings to DSP Group nearly 20 years of experience and a strong track record of successfully leading highly productive semiconductor sales teams, expanding customer relationships and growing revenues. Eric is responsible for achieving DSP Groups’ revenue growth targets, defining corporate-wide sales strategies and leading the worldwide field organization. Previously, he served as Vice President of Sales & FAEs at Cavium, Inc. where he led the dynamic growth of the company’s business in the Americas. Prior to Cavium he held numerous leaderships roles with Freescale and Motorola Semiconductor. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University.
Dima brings to DSP Group more than 16 years of semiconductor manufacturing operations. Responsible for managing business operations including supply chain and customer service activities, Dima has served in several positions at DSP Group including Quality, Product and Test Engineering Manager, Foundry Manager, and Vice President of Foundry Management. Prior to joining DSP Group in 1995 Dima served as Production Engineer at National Semiconductor. Dima has a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
Dotan brings to DSP Group more than 20 years of technological experience. Joining DSP Group in 2010, he was initially Director of Systems and later VP of System and Architecture, prior to moving into his current position. Before joining DSP Group, Dotan worked for Anobit Technologies (acquired by Apple) as System Architecture Manager and later as Director of Product Management. Previously, Dotan worked for DSP Communication, which was acquired by Intel. There, he managed the design of the R6 cellular phone chipset, holding the titles of System Architecture Manager, 3GPP DSP SW Manager, CDMA System Engineer and DSP Engineer. Dotan holds over 30 registered patents. Dotan has a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology (summa cum laude), and an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv university (cum laude).
Naama brings to DSP Group more than 22 years of HR experience in global HR . Naama is a high energy leader and results-driven. Naama has vast background in various aspects of HR expertise such as strategic human resource processes, organizational leadership diagnostics & development, driving successful re- organizations and acquisitions.
Ran brings to DSP Group over 18 years of experience in semiconductor design, marketing, product management and sales. Responsible for managing the Europe and Americas regions, Ran has served in his current position since 2012. Prior to that, Ran served as DSP Group’s System Manager and Chief Architect, VP of Strategic Accounts based in Hong Kong, and VP of Cordless and VoIP Product Line Management. Before joining DSP Group in 1998, Ran was a system engineer at National Semiconductor and a chip designer at Intel. Ran holds an MBA with honors from Tel Aviv University and a BSc in Computer Engineering with honors from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Fredy brings to DSP Group more than 25 years of experience in semiconductor design, program and product management. responsible to formulate the overall company’s product portfolio strategy and vision. Joining DSP Group in 2007, he was Director of WLAN product management and later VP, Multimedia and VoIP PLM. Before joining DSP Group, Fredy worked for Texas Instruments where he held various roles ranging from chip architecture, program and product management both in the Wireless division and in the Broadband Communication Group, Prior to that, Fredy worked for Libit Signal Processing (acquired by TI) and Teledata Communication. Fredy holds BSc in Computer Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Alex brings to DSP Group over 20 years of experience in semiconductor, mobile and wireless product marketing, sales and business development. Responsible for DSP Group’s sales and business development, Alex served as the company’s SEA President starting in 2010 and China Country Manager starting in 2008. Prior to joining DSP Group, Alex was Sales Director for digital audio and mobile digital TV silicon and solutions at Frontier Silicon. Before that, he was Business Operations Manager at Freescale/Motorola, where he was responsible for cellular chipset and solution marketing, business development and technical support. Prior to that, Alex was at Epson Hong Kong, where he served as an application engineer, as well as Chief Engineer responsible for ASIC design, MCU and ASSP application support. Alex holds an MSc in Business from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a BSc in Physics from London Metropolitan University.
Avi brings to DSP Group more than 25 years of technological and managerial experience. Prior to being appointed to his current position, Avi served in several managerial capacities at DSP Group including VP of R&D in HDMobile division, Director of Software Development and the Software Group Manager for the Multimedia products. Before joining DSP Group, Avi was Director of Software Development and System Architecture at Alvarion, where he was in charge for the architecture and software development of advanced wireless access systems including its most successful BreezeACCESS VL product line. Prior to that, he worked for more than 10 years for Elisra, now a subsidiary of Elbit Systems, where he was engaged in the development of Signal Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Satellite Communication Systems. Avi holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
