DSP Group Joins Global Semiconductor Industry Leaders as Member of EEMBC

SANTA CLARA, CALIFORNIA -- October 21, 1999 -- DSP Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: DSPG), a leader in the development and marketing of high-performance, cost-effective digital processing cores and associated digital speech technology, announced today that the company has recently become a member of EEMBC (EDN Embedded Microprocessor Benchmark Consortium), placing it among a group of influential semiconductor leaders in defining fair and certified benchmarks for the global, embedded processor industry.
