DSP Group's board resolution states that "the exceptional performance of Mr. Ayalon as Chief Executive Officer since he joined the Company in May 1996, his leadership, professional skills and experience, make him the natural leader of our Board of Directors".
Mr. Ayalon succeeds Mr. Igal Kohavi, who has resigned from the Board to pursue other interests. "Igal and I have worked together for the last four years. His wisdom and experience have played an important role in our historic growth", Mr. Ayalon stated. "I understand his interest in seeking different challenges and wish him well in his new endeavors".
